NCT is part of the OakCAD Training Group with OakCAD Training providing a comprehensive range of tutor delivered training courses.
These courses can be tailored to your specific requirement and delivered on your site. All of our training courses, whether distance learning or delivered or a mix of both, are particularly relevant for maintenance engineers, with some aspects suitable for technical machine operators. They can also provide an overview for engineering managers.
The courses are particularly suitable for those engineers who have a specific qualification or knowledge or have experience gained in the workplace and are seeking other skills as part of a cross-skilling or enhancement programme. NCT was founded 15 years ago to produce, market and support flexible and distance learning courses in electronics.

ABOUT NCT
NCT was formed in 1986 and provided a comprehensive range of electronic courses to cover the requirements for Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
In 2000 OakCAD bought the business and NCT became part of the OakCAD Training Group focusing on providing engineering distance/flexible learning courses.
OakCAD was founded in 1994, in order to provide CAD training for design professionals. We soon became very successful providing delivered engineering and CAD courses to industry and these courses still continue today. Many of these delivered courses have now been redeveloped into distance learning format.
In 2002 OakCAD Training reached the final of the highly prestigious National Training awards.
Recently, we took over the delivery and support of a range of management courses approved by the Chartered Institute of Management.
Our main operational office is located at the Open University in Milton Keynes and we have offices in Milton Keynes, Welwyn and Soham.
